1. How long will the products take to reach me ?
We ship throughout the week. As a recently established business managed by a small team, we aim to dispatch your order maximum within approximately 7 to 10 days. If you require your delivery urgently, please send an email to hello@justminidesign.com immediately after placing your order. Keep in mind that this request can only be accommodated if the email is sent promptly.

2. What is the policy on refunds and returns ?
As we are a small business, currently we can’t offer you a refund (except in special cases) or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please always open the item while recording the video/images for further use. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@justminidesign.com.

3. How will you be shipping my order ?
We have established partnerships with leading courier companies across the country to guarantee the prompt and secure delivery of your products.

4. Do you ship overseas ?
No, we currently operate only in India. However if there is any customisation or any bulk order then please drop in a email at hello@justminidesign.com. We’ll discuss 🙂
